Binbrook United Church has been blessed with wonderful facilities that we are able to make available for the use of members and organizations within the Binbrook community and surrounding area. The purpose for such use of our facilities must be consistent with the mission and values of Binbrook United Church (IE. promote or celebrate social, community building, spiritual or family values). See below for the current Fee Schedule, and other details required for a rental agreement.

The President, Chairperson, or person in charge, whose signature appears on the contract, will exercise control over the group to limit usage to the assigned rooms. ONLY ROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN SPECIFIED AS BEING RENTED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE TO BE USED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WASHROOM FACILITIES.

In case of cancellation, the Church (905-692-3500) must be notified one week prior to the event. An exception would be in the case of cancellation due to developing weather conditions.

The applicant must pay for all damages and breakage to the facility and furnishings arising out of the use of the facility. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required upon booking. Fees are payable upon booking.

*Limited Use means: Preparation of beverages only with no dishes being used

**Full Use means:  Dishes and appliances to be used

Sound system or elevator required:  $75 extra for each. These will be operated by a trained member of Binbrook United Church

There is to be no smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises.
